Stew Ellington, is a certified physician associate who holds a doctorate degree in medical sciences. Stew relocated to Bend with his wife, Dana, and son, Felix, from Oakland, CA, where he worked as a pain medicine specialist. He is excited about continuing to provide high-quality, compassionate care to the people of Central Oregon. He earned his bachelor's degree at Reed College in Portland, OR and his MPAS and DMSc at Pacific University of Oregon in Hillsboro. He previously worked as an emergency medical technician throughout the Bay Area and then as an emergency department technician in Berkeley, CA. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, vintage Italian motor scooters, world travel, art, writing, and music. He holds a master's degree in fine arts and has published two books of cocktail recipes.
